sad as it may be, -- there is no GPU support from the java api at all. neither GpuMat, nor UMat (opencv3+) are exposed to the java wrappers.

(and please do NOT use outdated opencv2.4, that's gone and forgotten)

Shouldn't this be raised as an issue in GitHub?
