image related source MFC APPLICATION [closed]

Hello I am a student who is trying to produce a program. I am currently using the mfc application.

For example, I want to create a source that will check if the person is a turtle neck by typing the image on the side of a person.

I am a beginner and I do not know what to look for.

Do I need to look for image similarity or image feature detection? Or should I approach it in different ways?
