Convert Raw12 image to RGB (USB3.0 Cam)

I am trying to convert Raw12 image from a USB3.0 camera to RGB. However, I am getting the output as follows after converting from Bayer to RGB. Can anyone help me to recognize the error? C:\fakepath\rawtorgb.png
