How to remove delimitation color in picture with opencv [closed]

I would like to remove or correct the limit between 2 colors of pixel that you can see in the picture there is function to correct it or merge pixels of the limit ?

how can I correct this problem ? thanks in advance

those seem to be compression artefacts. how do you save it ?

(try to use .png format, and that'll probably get rid of it)
