Detect paper on paper? [closed]
Hello,
I am new to openCV and I already have very specific problem. I need to detect if there is paper on paper. (see screenshot example)
I have 2 questions:
- Is this possible to detect with OpenCV? (This is OpenCV related question)
- If yes than In what direction should I think? Just give me some idea to continue investigation, of course I don't expect solution :) just some idea since I don't know where to start. (This is question for someone with good will)

why do you think, this is specific to opencv ?
Is this possible to detect with OpenCV? why not.see the code here . it is better than nothing to start. try to find text blocks and analyze them.

There is special place in hell for moderators. Why, ooo why, do you feel so good when you close topic? This is OpenCV related question because I try to make decision if I am going to invest my time in OpenCV. This is first of many similar tasks that I am going to have. Based on my investigation I think that OpenCv is most close to what I need, it looks like great technology and exactly what I need. But believe or not I cannot be sure, since I am new in all this machine learning, OpenCV, Python, image tampering, and 100 more overwhelming stuff. Best way for me to make such decision is to get answer to this question. For making this decision I would like to also know how good is OpenCV community. If someone close conversation on first contact than he give bad impression about whole community
