MultiTracker start within a running video flow, not on a single frame

Dear all,

I started a project with a single tracker which works properly within a video flow. I mean select the roi during an active video flow. You can see my code HERE

My question is: Is it possible to do the same with MultiTracker, selecting various Rois during a running video ? I tried to do it during a while, but I don't see how to do that.
