[NOT A QUESTION] answers.opencv.org is missing HTTPS support

Hi,

My browser warned me about this subdomain because of the missing HTTPS suppport. Logging into answers.opencv.org is a security risk since all the credentials are transferred over the Web in plain text.

Is there a reason why answers.opencv.orgis missing HTTPS? Using Lets Encrypt we can easily add HTTPS to answers.opencv.org. The project website opencv.org supports HTTPS out of the box.

Thanks!

hi dylan, imho you should repost the problem here to reach the actual devs, (raise an issue there, and no fear, noone will bite...)

Thanks for the quick response, I will open an issue there. I didn't know there was a special Github repository for this kind of things.

you can also try: https://gitter.im/opencv-infrastructu...

(again, -- main reason i'm trying to redirect you elsewhere is: we have no control about the site's setup, only the devs there do, you need to get in contact with them in a more close way.)

Oh okay, I didn't know that moderators can't modify the website itself. Hopefully they can fix this since Google Chrome for example already blocks non HTTPS websites. Firefox on Linux just shows a friendly reminder that all credentials are transferred in plain text.
