I posted, and got a response; however, I see no way to respond. I tried something like Answer Your Question, so I typed a response, but there seems to be no way to post that response.

OK, thanks. I was expecting to see a response dialog like the one used for Ask Your Question. It has different properties than comments. Well, let's see how this goes.

Well, that worked, but this topic stayed in the same position. That seems to be different than other forums I've used. I find it a bit strange that to check my post that I have to use ALL. What do FOLLOWED and UNANSWERED do? I guess I'll give them a try, as soon as I'm done here.

Hmm, I just noticed I can stretch the comment box downward.

If a question just gets a new comment, the topic wont be pushed up and stays in the same position as you say. Only if someone really gives an answer, the question gets to the top of all questions.

Followed questions are questions that you specifically follow. On the right side you see a button "Follow" which activates the Follow function. You can also choose to get email updates then. Unanswered questions are questions where noone answered yet. Its that simple

One more puzzler. I want my topic to be Astronomical Application with Image Processing, but I see blue text with something like FITS (blah ...). Fits does have something to do with astronomy, but I cannot get rid of the blue text or start putting text in the lines below. What's up?

BTW, is there a search for a topic? Maybe that's what the blue text has done with my question?
