Synchronization videos in space

Hi, do you know some open source program using OpenCV to synchronize two sequences of video in space? It means synchronization including just background in videos, without preserving correct time in videos.

I looking for a tool to synchronize two similar videos, like some sports video for example showing sky jumping or Formula 1 race transmission, to see difference between two players. It is the idea, how I want to use this program.
