Apart from "BOOSTING", "MIL", "KCF", "TLD", "MEDIANFLOW", "GOTURN", "MOSSE", "CSRT", are there any ready to use Trackers available in OpenCV 3.4.1?

no, there currently are no other trackers in opencv_contrib.

there are 2 open gsoc prs, for a struck and a srdcf tracker, however, those are experimental, and probably not ready to use.

there's also still camshift in main
