I cannot find openCv for the samsung S8, S9 or other Samsungs

I cannot find or install OpenCV managaer on the latest Samsung models. With these new Samsungs I do not even see the OpenCV manager in the play store?

You can install OpenCV Manager APK directly from APK folder in the OpenCV Source that you have downloaded.

in short: development of the manager app has stopped.

while you can use it locally (it's still part of the sdk), you should use "debug" initialization for deploying your app (resulting in a quite fat app, but no further dependancies, it's a tradeoff)
