How do I make Alpine Linux into a docker container environment and have opencv in it?

You have an alpine docker here. Fire it up, install OpenCV and its dependencies, and then save the new image. And if you had a basic search you would have found this which is exactly what you want. However this is totally unrelated to OpenCV itself.
