resolution camera troubles openCv 4.0 and logitechc920

hey i have a problem with my cam when i open the program it gives me a número of resolution so weird like 2341 x 1341, and in the window it seems like some one just do an extremely zoom and we cant see nothing the camera doesnt respond to the function .set for weigth and heigth please help me what can I do !! please !! i run my program in c++
