opencv does not know about DVR

I develop a video surveillance application with java and opencv but I can not connect to my DVR my cameras are analog. Someone can help me knowing that my bilio is opencv2.4.123

opencv2.4.123 -- no more developed (bugfixes ony) since ~5 years.

DVR -- you probably need a "breakout board" and appropriate software for that. chances , that you can do anything from java are low. (opencv does support usb/firewire devices, but not analog ones)

bilio -- what on earth does it mean ?
