c++ opencv error

When this cord here run in visual studio 2015 an error happen as follow,

program:C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP140D.dll file:c:\program file (x86)\microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\vc\include\vector Line:1234 Expressition:vector subcript out of range For information on how you program can cause an assertion failure,see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts (press Retry to debug the appication)

How I fix this error.

i didn't change any of the code.yes it's a debug project.How I fix this error.
