What blender is better for image stitching

I am implementing my own image stitcher(using OpenCV but not the stitcher class) and i got to the point where i have warped images. Now i am trying to blend them, i used both MultiBand and Feather blenders and i cant find a difference. I tried to google something about those blenders but everywhere they look very similar.

Could you please tell me what is the main difference between them and which one might be better for image stitching?
