Why there is no documentation for TS module?

Hello opencv,

I came across OpenCV's TS module in 2.4 version. It is really interesting to see OpenCV modules being tested automatically. So I studied the TS module to figure out how it is used in testing the OpenCV modules. There are a few things that I do not understand in it. Figuring out everything from the code is exhausting and can be misleading. So I wished that there was a documentation explaining how this module used. What functionalities it offers so it can be used for testing any C++ project.
