Hello all, currently i'm trying to run binary file of a paper "Scene Conditional Background Update for Moving Object Detection in a Moving Camera" but i'm getting error 0xc000007b.

thanks for your response...i have checked in 3 different systems each gives same error...can u tell what i have to do..how i resolve this.

I've downloaded the file and was not able to run it because opencv_video249.dll is missing. It could be that on your computer you refer to a opencv_video249.dll (within path) which is 64bit

open the exe file with the depency walker on your computer and have a look which dlls are refered
