I dont' find the correct files to make works this sample (new in 3.4).

@dkurt Using https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/c... and opencv_extra\testdata\dnn\faster_rcnn_vgg16.prototxt gives me error :

@LBerger, OpenCV's sample for models trained on pascal_voc dataset, https://github.com/rbgirshick/py-fast.... So it can have another number of classes. You may modify prototxt file the same way.
