How to install and build

Have downloaded the source tried using CMAKE (latest) release - all I get is errors in CMake. This might be a great library but if users can't build the libraries easily what's the point?

Have tried building for Windows x86 /x64 on VS 2017 on latest openCV release 3.4.0 but no joy. Anyone else had any luck building them?

Did you follow the tutorial? If so, what step fails? What are the errors? We're not psychic to know what the problem is from here.

I just built the same version yesterday, so it can certainly be done.
