How to Contribute a python code/algorithm!

I want to contribute an algorithm but I made the code for that in python, so what process should I follow?

Why not start a blog on how to do things with OpenCV? There're a few of them already, and they're very handy!

opencv is a c++ library, they're unlikely to accept an algorithm in python. but who knows... maybe you could make a nice sample of it, (like this one) ?
