Why wouldn't it be? OpenCV is opensource with a BSD license allowing you to integrate it completely into your apps. Please I would like to address the fact that this is a Q&A forum for openCV related programming problems. I will close the topic down, since it doesn't follow the regulations as mentioned in the FAQ
