Is it possible to detect hologram on video feed using OpenCV?

I want to develop the apps(iOS and Android) to detect the holograms on the camera video feed. When i open the video on hologram printed doc, it has to locate the position of the hologram as did in the youTube video.

Please let me know the possibilities.
