Hi , everybody i have dual boot ubuntu and windows 10 . when i plug in usb for mouse gaming in ubuntu ,there are probelm in cv2.capture videos (the videos stuck running ) this problem dosn't exist in windows 10 what is the solution

Is this a generic platform issue (e.g the video camera has the same issue in all applications?)....or specific to just when using the OpenCV library?

Even if you solve the mouse issue, there is not a single reason why a USB mouse might interfere with capturing videos from disk ...
