OpenCV problem with Eclipse/Windows Vista

Hi guys, i have problem with openCV...i used a lot of tutorial and i have always tha same problem. I hope someone help me, please..

So..i put libraries in C

then i setted environment's variables

then i created a project with eclipse indigo

then i setted the following values

what is the problem? :(
