YUV Color space

Hi! OpenCV supports a couple YUV standards:

1. ITU-R BT.601 (like CV_BGR2YUV_I420 or CV_YUV2BGR_NV12).
2. JPEG (like CV_BGR2YCrCb, CV_YCrCb2BGR).
