Location of AVSR

This page seems to suggest that Intel released their AVSR (Audio Visual Speech Recognition (AVSR)) code under a OSS licence. Googling a little more there are a few newsgroups suggesting the code is now in OpenCV. Anyone have any more clues on this??

interesting 10 year old timecapsule ;)

unfortunately, there's no trace of AVSR to be found in current opencv
