i need to apply an perspective transformation to an image through cvWarpPerspective: this function takes a CvMat* type matrix describing the perspective transformation to apply. 1_how can i write this matrix by myself element by element? 2_how can i copy its content in a Mat type matrix?

Why don't you use the C++ Variant (http://docs.opencv.org/modules/imgproc/doc/geometric_transformations.html?highlight=warpperspective#void%20warpPerspective(InputArray%20src,%20OutputArray%20dst,%20InputArray%20M,%20Size%20dsize,%20int%20flags,%20int%20borderMode,%20const%20Scalar&%20borderValue)) which takes a Mat as input? what do you mean by your first question?
