This website is monstrously slow [closed]

I don't know if it's only a my problem or a general problem. Anyway this website takes from 5 to 10 secs to open any pages or to do any actions. Even to post a comment on an answer it takes almost 10 secs.

I think OpenCV should take care of this.
I suggest to move the stuff on opencv.stackexchange.com

Imho, more annoying is the availability, annoying if the forum is down so many times.

I also find it a bit slow but not has critically slow has you describe.
