How to convert seven segment numbers into normal numbers?

I want to take a picture of a seven segment number system and want to convert the the reading in that image to numbers. I want to use this numbers for another processing.

Please help...

it quite depends, on what's in your images. (so an example pic would help)

and then - this is quite a "solved problem", there's tons of solutions on the web already, please look it up (and come back with a more concrete question), we can't spoonfeed you from zero to a key-ready solution here.
