I installed the opencv 3.1. i seek for the cvblob library but it doesent exist in opencv but in your site this library is member of opencv 3.1.

(there was a 3rdparty cvblobs lib once, but it never part of opencv)
what are you trying to do ? chances are high nowadays, that you can do it all with opencv builtin methods.
