it's not that i can't answer, only i think, you've somehow got corrupted by some possible monetary output of this,and that you're just on the wrong track, and you should not be doing stuff like this at all

your ethics is flawed in the 1st place, again. (no, you do not want to expose folks in a rural area to world-wide, face recognition (they cannot control) in the 1st place)). don't do this, ever.

i'll explain what im trying to do: 1.One guy from the charity(town) will be carrying the mobile Phone to a village or rural area(Just 1 electronic appliance) 2.That guy will have the phone for registering students who wished to study in their program(which is for free) 3.We need to get accurate attendance data (Sometimes that person doesn't go there to teach and he/she enters false entries and gets the money from the organization for his teaching but actually he/she didn't) 4.Through facial recognition on a phone(With no internet) the teacher won't be able to add false entries.

and again - i do not think, that face-recognition solves the problem here - it's more a social problem, language and all - whoever's there should know, which kids should be attending that school.

(you can't simply cast out the local context with a face-reco app)

but again - it all boils down to :

* you must not expose anyone's personal data without their personal, explicit consent*

whoever's there are just the kids . Just so you know parents of students in India do not want them to go to school, instead they wish that their kids work
