The question has been solved. Because of forgetting the password of my last account for opencv, so i register another one to close this question.
Just package the libopencv_java3.so into the APK instead of push it into the path:/system/lib64.
It seems that APK can not load the private library or third party library from the /system/lib64 in the Android N.
