Well, you can build OpenCV as an x86 program with no problems, you just choose the x86 compiler in Cmake when setting the build up.
And most of Boost works just fine as x64, all the header only libraries build in whatever mode you choose. The rest can, apparently, be compiled in x64 as described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2322255/64-bit-version-of-boost-for-64-bit-windows
