I have been using GoPro cameras with grabbers and by recording to the SD cards. They are fine cameras.
If you are calibrating them you need to set a flag that enables more calibration parameters than the default setup has. That made my calibration of GoPro 4+ much better.
I have no experience eith the web streaming. I guess the latency is high and quality is low.
