AFAIK the supported build path for Android/OpenCV assumes that you use Eclipse. Here is how you can solve that task.
May be you can extract those elements from this documentation that are Eclipse-independent (android-tools instead of ADT, ndk-build instead of CDT) and add them to you Visual Studio configuration.
