For image 1 you have a PSNR of 11.87 and a MSE of 4223.802679. This means that the Image 1 is different from the one that you compare with (but this is linked to the way you do it, if you do it on pixels values or on other measurements), and there is a little noise too.
For the Image 3 case, you have more noise, but the images are much similar.
But this is valid if you have the same size for all the images.
