Thanks you are right! I was using the model files as suggested here (opencv_extra repository): http://docs.opencv.org/modules/objdetect/doc/latent_svm.html#latentsvmdetector-load

But I guess that was changed in OpenCV 3.0.0 - Many thanks for your help!!
