Hi! You should use this path for bin folder: "opencv\build\{platform_type}\{compiler_type}", e.g. "D:\OpenCV\Build\x86\vc10". OpenCV tracker has a ticket about this misunderstanding.

e.g. "D:\OpenCV\Build\x86\vc10". "opencv\build\x86\vc10". OpenCV tracker has a ticket about this misunderstanding.
