Try Visual Studio 2012 Express! It is avaiable on http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/eng/downloads#d-2012-express for free. Debugging is not possible at the moment.also possible. I found out that one have to copy some DLLs from Visual Studio 10 or Visual Studio 2010 Express.
