Thanks, @berak. I downloaded a fresh Eclipse distribution, and Ctrl+Space was not working for anything actually, not just OpenCV. However, I did not test it with anything else so I though the problem was from OpenCV. The solution is found here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/908489/eclipse-java-code-completion-not-working
