Some examples have been given in opencv repository for cuda support in python . https://github.com/opencv/opencv/blob/master/modules/python/test/test_cuda.py But unfortunately , there is still no cuda version of Akaze . A separate implementation of akaze cuda is available at https://github.com/donlk/cuda_akaze
