Hi, I clicked on your links but got a 404 Error. So I'm not totally sure what you're trying to do.
To get coordinates of the bounding box, you can give try Plate Recognizer. They do the decoding as well as indicate the box coordinates. From there, you can put your logo on the image. Does that help?
