There are a lot of solutions available based on OpenCV, most of everything that is designed for visual processing is build on that. You may want to check out Caffe DL framework's model zoo, they have some ready-made models for facial prediction, they may not be too precise though. You can also go with something commercial, my company tried CTS Surveyor (http://caerustech-solutions.com/surveyor/) and MoodMe (http://www.moodme.com/) - the first one you can haggle with regarding the prices, you may get a good deal
