To use CMAKE:

cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 2.8) set (CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD 11) project( DisplayImage ) find_package( OpenCV REQUIRED ) include_directories( /usr/local/include/opencv4/ ) add_executable( DisplayImage DisplayImage.cpp ) target_link_libraries( DisplayImage /usr/local/lib -lopencv_core -lopencv_imgcodecs -lopencv_highgui )

Compiles the program without error.
