CvKNearest is part of the outdated 2.4 (c-based) api . don't expect to see that in latest 3.4
but the real answer might be: there was a GSOC project about js bindings, all it covered so far was core and parts of imgproc modules. the ml bindings might have to wait, until the next GSOC student takes on there...
