there's no such option in opencv2.4.9 (the distance vectors are hidden behind the interface) . either:

• update to opencv3.2 with opencv_contrib , and use a predict overload , that lets you access the distances, or
• use an entirely independant implementation (at least it's just python, you can hack it to whatever you want)
