Not to be rude, but we can only help people who can intelligibly describe their problem. At the moment, you can't. Beyond that, we don't want to do people's work for them. We want to help people who have already tried to solve their problems and need help, but at the moment, you haven't tried anything as far as we can tell.

So go learn the basics of your camera and laser, take a look at the OpenCV tutorials HERE, and try some stuff. Later, once you know the basics, come back with new questions, and we can try and help you from there.
