Nope there is not. Once the models are stored, it is impossible to track back the training data is the user creating them did not add some header or license to them. That being said some of them have headers like 20x20 profile face detector. Contributed by David Bradley from Princeton University. So if you contact that guy, he will for sure tell you what he used.
