Why no QT support on in Visual Studio but able to include QT when installation

Hi, I have build more than 2 times for QT add. http://docs.opencv.org/2.4/doc/tutori... From the procedure i had succesfully add the QT as in picture 1. Running the prebuilt programme in C:\opencv\build\bin\Debug C:\fakepath\library with QT.png

But when i write my own code and run the program using debug, the QT icons this is not happening.

C:\fakepath\run no QT window.png I'm using 64 bits windows and computer hardware, VS10. Anything that i had missed?
